Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (e.g., stock limits, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud).

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges will be displayed before you pay.
3) Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery only: you pay the delivery person when the order arrives.
4) Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
5) Cancellations
You can cancel before we dispatch the order.
After dispatch, please follow the Returns/Refund Policy.
6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7) Warranty
Manufacturer warranty (if any) applies as stated with the product. Otherwise, products are provided “as is” subject to your statutory rights.
8) Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, strikes, natural events).
9) Misuse & Safety
Follow the product instructions and safety guidance. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repair, or modification.
10) Governing Law
Bangladesh law governs these Sale Terms; Bangladesh courts have jurisdiction.
